CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY

A minimum 2 night stay is required for all weekend reservations in June, July, August and New Years.

A deposit of 25% of total stay is required at time of booking.

Deposit is refundable minus a 5% Administration Fee if cancellation is received:

• October 1 to May 31 (except Holidays) -7 days in advance
• June 1 to Sept 30th and all Holidays – 21 days in advance
• New Years – 30 days in advance
